Each month, our chefs create a limited number of four-course do-it-yourself dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of a specific region of Italy. These spreads are composed of off-menu dishes, exclusive to Roscioli at Home, and feature a combination of fully prepared items and thoughtfully composed elements that come together with a few finishing touches.

Every box includes a full four-course meal:
Antipasto, Primo, Secondo, and Dolce — a complete Roscioli experience from start to finish.

October Dinner Club: A Journey to Piemonte

This month, we head north-straight into the misty hills and wine-soaked valleys of Piedmont, one of Italy’s most elegant and understated culinary regions. Bordering France and Switzerland, Piemonte is a land of deep wines, rich sauces, delicate pastas, and truffles hiding beneath oak trees.

Your box is a celebration of the region’s comforting autumnal fare, classically refined and beautifully rustic:

• Vitello Tonnato & Bagna Cauda – a Roscioli-style take on two Piemontese icons.
• Herb Agnolotti with Butter & Parmigiano Reggiano – pillowy handmade agnolotti filled with mixed herbs, gently finished in butter and Parmigiano.
• Braised Beef in Barolo Sauce Slow-cooked beef in a lush reduction of Barolo wine-Piemonte’s pride-deep, warming, and built for fall.
• Hazelnut Cake & Zabaione – a flourless torte made with Piemontese hazelnuts, served with a velvety wine kissed custard
