At Roscioli NYC, The Alimentari represents a deeply rooted connection to our Roman origins, inspired by our sister restaurant, Roscioli Salumeria, located in the heart of Campo de’ Fiori.

This street-level space honors the Salumeria’s dedication to crafting meals around quality Italian ingredients, sourced directly from Italy and selected with meticulous care.

With its traditional approach to gastronomy, The Alimentari invites guests to experience the essence of Rome through exceptional deli items and composed dishes, embodying the authentic flavors and customs that have defined Roscioli’s legacy.

Our space combines the intimacy of a small Roman salumeria with the vibrant energy of New York’s Soho.

Designed to foster a close connection to the culinary process, seating at The Alimentari includes both counter and table options, creating an immersive experience that brings patrons closer to our chefs’ craft. Reservations are available for parties of 1-4, while a limited number of tables and counter seats are reserved for walk-in guests each evening. For parties of two, seating may be available at the Chef’s Counter or a table, based on the evening’s availability.
