About Our Cheese Experiences

Join us for a cheese class lead by the head cheesemonger inside a hidden wine cellar in SoHo. Each week we will highlight a different selection of cheese. Learn about region, style, and production for a variety of artisanal cheeses from an expert. Examples: soft bloomy cheeses of summer milk, cheeses of Malga, how to make fresh mozzarella. Each session will feature a selection of cheeses, enjoyed alongside fresh bread, snacks, and wine from our alimentari.

The Cheese Experience includes:

– A flight of 5x Cheeses
– Family style bread, salumi, pickled vegetables and artichokes
– Two wines to pair with the cheeses
– Tiramisu for dessert

The Mozzarella Making Class includes (select dates):

– The class will kick off with a group demonstration led by our cheesemonger on how mozzarella is made.
– Each guest will have the opportunity to make their own mozzarella, followed by an antipasti feast including the mozzarella prepared by our cheesemonger.
– Each guest will get two glasses of wine throughout the class and mozzarella curd to take home!

General Admission: Starting at $126 per person (including gratuity + fees)
