CATERING FAQ

Do you have a minimum for placing an order?

Yes, to ensure every detail is perfect, we require a minimum of 30 guests. From handmade pastas to charcuterie boards and cheese platters, every order is crafted for a full, flavorful experience.

When should I place my catering order?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare everything, whether you’re ordering pasta, charcuterie, or a full Italian menu for your event.

Can you deliver outside of New York City?

Absolutely! We deliver across the tristate area and beyond, depending on availability. Whether it’s pasta catering, a cheese board, or wine and cheese service, we’ll make sure it arrives on time and beautifully presented.

What if my guests have dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate most dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, kosher, and nut- or seed-free options. While we don’t currently offer vegan menus, our selections of pasta, charcuterie boards, and cheese platters ensure there’s something for everyone.

Do you offer delivery? Is there a fee?

Yes! Delivery is available, with fees based on distance. We can bring everything from pasta catering and charcuterie boards to full wine and cheese spreads directly to your event.

What is your coordination fee?

A 10% coordination fee applies to all offsite catering orders. This supports the coordination and quality assurance required to deliver a seamless, restaurant-caliber experience outside our walls.

What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?

We’ll do our best to reschedule your event. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will forfeit 50% of the total cost. This applies to all catering orders, from pasta and charcuterie boards to full Italian spreads.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

Yes! We’ll always try to make last-minute requests work. From pasta catering and restaurant-style meals to cheese and charcuterie boards, we’re ready to help you host a memorable event.
